Breathwork classes
Reconnect, recharge, and reset.
Start or end your day with breathwork sessions designed to balance your nervous system and boost mental clarity. Whether it’s sunrise by the beach or sunset in the garden, these sessions help you release mental clutter, energize your body, and nurture a calm, steady mind. Breathwork techniques activate the vagus nerve, lowering stress hormones and improving mood and focus within minutes.

Restorative Yoga
Release tension and reconnect with your body.
A grounding session combining yin-inspired stretches of the fascia, mindful breathing, and restorative poses. We start and end with a short guided meditation, giving your mind a moment to pause while your body opens and lets go of stored tension. Slow, supported stretches activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and improve mobility by easing tight fascia and muscles.

Introduction to Zen Meditation (4-month course)
In this course, you’ll learn the essentials of Zen meditation, walking meditation, and core Zen teachings. Zen meditation has been shown to strengthen attention, reduce anxiety and improve emotional resilience. By the end, you’ll not only have a steady home practice, but also feel confident joining Zen groups anywhere in the world. Because we just need to learn how to ‘sit with it’.
Private Group & Corporate Sessions
We offer tailored mindfulness, breathwork, and restorative movement sessions to private groups or companies. Whether you’re looking to reduce workplace stress, improve focus, or simply create space for your team to unwind, we design tailor-made, accessible & practical sessions to suit your group’s needs. Because a calm mind builds a stronger team.
