Workshop

A comprehensive, science-backed exploration of mindfulness and its effects on stress, the brain and performance. We will explore foundational techniques and directly apply them. Your team will walk away with a personal practice plan they can actually sustain.

Breaking Patterns
Workshop

A performance workshop, not a wellness session. Teams will learn how foundational mindfulnes techniques can be used to break habitual thought patterns, and improve them to boost creative thinking. Then together, we will apply them to a real challenge.

Breathwork
Session

The Breath is the only part of the autonomic nervous system (the subconscious), we can consciously control. Each session will be tailored to your teams needs, whether its activating focus, calming anxiety, or recovering from acute stress.

3-month foundation
of Meditation

A structured program for executives and teams that are ready to build a real, sustainable meditation practice. Over the course of 3 months, we will have (bi)weekly sessions to cover the foundations of meditations, and structurally built our practice.

Hi, I’m Celine

We are living in a stress pandemic, and our generation is suffering. We are always doing, always active, never able to pause. Especially among high achievers, we lose the ability to just be present. And this isn’t just my opinion, there is a lot of science backing this up.

I believe I’m the right person to step in here. I hold a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in immunology. I understand stress not as a concept, but as a physiological process. I am finishing my masters in Psychology, allowing me to grasp the psychological aspects of stress. I’m also an entrepreneur, so i’m not just ’talking the talk’. I’ve lived these problems myself, and now I help others fix them.

I use breathwork and mindfulness to give people practical tools to regulate stress. My practices are deeply grounded in science, not a hype. I run workshops for companies, coach individuals one on one and organize free community events to help people live mindfully.
