Hi, I’m Celine
We are living in a stress pandemic, and our generation is suffering. We are always doing, always active, never able to pause. Especially among high achievers, we lose the ability to just be present. And this isn’t just my opinion, there is a lot of science backing this up.
I believe I’m the right person to step in here. I hold a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in immunology. I understand stress not as a concept, but as a physiological process. I am finishing my masters in Psychology, allowing me to grasp the psychological aspects of stress. I’m also an entrepreneur, so i’m not just ’talking the talk’. I’ve lived these problems myself, and now I help others fix them.
I use breathwork and mindfulness to give people practical tools to regulate stress. My practices are deeply grounded in science, not a hype. I run workshops for companies, coach individuals one on one and organize free community events to help people live mindfully.
