A space to come back to yourself.
The Practical Zen community hosts free meetings in Barcelona.
We live in a time where it’s incredibly easy to lose ourselves. Stuck in our heads, caught between past and future, always thinking… slowly forgetting how to feel. Mindfulness and meditation could help, but so much of it has become expensive, hyped, and turned into just another product.
Practical Zen is a response to that. A free space to practice coming back, to the present moment, to the body, to yourself. No hype, no cost, no performance. Just honest practice, together. Because in a world full of noise and disconnection, we could all use a little more presence.

Introduction to Meditation
08 / 06 / 2026 · 19:15h
Rooftop · Carrer de la Cera 55
Roughly 90 minutes. We start with a combination of grounding breathwork and (short), guided meditation sessions. Allowing everyone to drop in together. Followed by a short reading and open conversation: what arose, what landed, and what you’re sitting with. We close with a walking meditation and a period of sitting.
It isn’t a class. Nobody is performing. You can share or not share. You can be a complete beginner, or a decades-in practitioner. The only real rule is that it stays honest.
